Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before creating an account or using EW Express ("the Service"). By registering or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not register or use the Service.

2. Third-Party Platforms — User Responsibility

        EW Express includes products such as browser extensions and automation tools that operates on top of third-party websites, applications, and platforms (including but not limited to Shopee Express, J&T Express, and related logistics platforms). You are solely responsible for how you use the Service on those platforms.
    

EW Express does not represent, endorse, or have any affiliation with any third-party platform.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the terms of service, policies, and rules of any third-party platform you use it on.
EW Express accepts no liability for any consequences arising from your use of the Service on third-party platforms, including account suspensions, bans, data loss, or financial penalties imposed by those platforms.
Any actions performed through the Service on third-party platforms are carried out on your behalf and at your own risk.

3. No Guarantee of Compatibility with Third-Party Changes

The Service relies on the structure, APIs, and behaviour of third-party websites and applications, which are outside our control.

EW Express provides no guarantee that any feature will continue to function if a third-party platform updates, changes, restricts, or discontinues its website, app, API, or product.
Features may break, become unavailable, or behave differently without prior notice as a result of third-party changes.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but are under no obligation to do so within any specific timeframe.
No refunds or service credits will be issued solely because a feature stopped working due to a third-party change.

4. Service Provided "As-Is"

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Fitness for a particular purpose
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Accuracy or reliability of results produced by the Service

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EW Express and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
Damages arising from the conduct or actions of any third-party platform

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Breach the terms of service of any third-party platform
Scrape, harvest, or collect data in a manner that violates a third party's policies
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of any third-party platform or its users
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you are in breach of this section.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

8. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EW Express and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights or terms of service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
